Dream Visuals provides creative media and digital branding services including, but not limited to:
- Video production, reels, and short-form content
- Digital branding and social media management
- Event coverage and highlight videos
- Advertisement and promotional shoots
- Photography services
- Meta and social media advertising support
The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be mutually agreed upon before the start of work.
2. Project Confirmation & Payments
- A project is considered confirmed only after approval of the proposal and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) will be communicated prior to project initiation.
- All payments made are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Delays in payment may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.
3. Revisions & Approvals
- Limited revisions are included as per the agreed project scope.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may attract extra charges.
- Client approvals are required at key stages. Delays in approvals may affect project timelines.
4. Content Usage & Ownership
- Dream Visuals retains the right to use completed or partially completed work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Final ownership of delivered content will be transferred to the client only after full payment is completed.
- Raw footage, project files, or source files will not be shared unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate information, references, and required materials on time.
- Dream Visuals is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or late inputs from the client.
- The client confirms they have the rights to all materials provided (logos, music, images, brand assets).
6. Event Coverage Disclaimer
- While every effort is made to capture key moments, Dream Visuals is not liable for missed shots due to uncontrollable factors such as lighting conditions, crowd movement, technical issues, or restrictions at the venue.
- Event schedules must be shared in advance for effective coverage.
7. Advertising & Social Media Performance
- Dream Visuals provides creative and technical support for ads but does not guarantee specific results such as reach, engagement, leads, or sales.
- Ad performance depends on multiple external factors including platform algorithms, audience behavior, and budget.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Project cancellations must be informed in writing.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
9. Confidentiality
- All client information, project details, and business data shared with Dream Visuals will be treated as confidential.
- Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without client consent, except when legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Dream Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Changes to Terms
Dream Visuals reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting or communication.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
